Feast of the Seven Fishes
This Italian Christmas Eve tradition has a special place in our hearts, and we're taking it as inspiration for our next tasting menu.
No, we're not Italian, but way back when Molly and Chelsea and John were just a little band of three, they made a habit of cooking big, elaborate seven-fish feasts that lasted late into the night and completely indulged their foodie impulses. So, now that our band of flavor junkies has grown, we're thrilled to put on a fish feast for the record books! We'll have the full menu posted right here very soon.

New Year’s Eve
A time for resolutions, ablutions, libations, perhaps even some reservations….
Here at Water Street we love to throw a good party, and this New Year’s Eve you’re invited! We have a thoroughly entertaining affair planned for the occasion, starting with champagne toasts and hors d'oeuvres and including a black tie photo booth, so don’t be afraid to dress to impress! Chef John has a special menu planned: oysters and champagne foam, caviar and cured salmon, bone marrow-buttered aged NY strip steak...just to name a few. And for all of you creme brulee lovers out there, we have a treat in store for you. The full menu will be posted here soon.
